Alfa Laval Alfa Pure Z3 is a complete separation system in a compact mobile module that occupies less than 18 Sq. ft of floor space and can handle tank volumes up to 80,000 gallons. Installed in bypass flow, it provides continuous, efficient removal of tramp oil, grease and particles from metalworking coolants and wash liquids. With automatic operation, the system requires no supervision. The PLC-based control system is operated from a touch screen that provides a clear overview of the system and allows simple touch control of all functions.
