We offer parts, repair, dynamic balancing, and vibration analysis for select Alfa Laval, De Laval, Westfalia, Bazell and Swaco centrifuges.

The facilities are equipped in Florida and Texas with expert repair services for industrial high speed centrifuges scroll type decanter centrifuges, and marine and power disc bowl oil water separators.

Decanter Scroll Hard surfacing

We offer hard surfacing services for scroll type decanter conveyors. Depending on the wear, we repair or replace entire flights and apply factory equivalent hard surfacing to conveyor flights typically TM 11, TM 21, TM 42 or equivalent. We machine the flights to factory repair norms and dynamically balance in two planes. (Not static balance as some others.)

High Speed Disc Stack Centrifuges

We offer parts for marine, power, industrial, and food centrifuges of select Alfa Laval models.
